i want to get the discs because i like them but to get them i either have to spend an extra 80 dollars and get a useless stand, case, and “special” turntable thingy. OR have you guys help me to find it somewhere else online or something. I have xbox 360 by the way. thx
I Love listening to Mixes by DJ`s and what not, [I.E. Armin Van Buuren with his 'A State of Trance' Mixes] I Was wondering if there`s any program where i can mix and add some transitions to my own music without the use of turntables or mixers. Thanks !
I mean is there some kind of way where I use some kind of cd turntable device which is connected to my pc, and i make loops on the spinning cd’s etc. i guess sort of how Dj’s do with vinyl? What kind of device would i use? and what software would I have to use? I am totally new to this but I’ve always wanted to mix music like this especially because I live where spinning those black dj discs are kind of impossible to find. I’ve been using acoustica mixcraft and mp3’s but its kind of not giving me the magic i want to feel…any ideas?
I’m looking for something like discover dj. I like to dj, but I don’t plan on making a profession out of, hence the reason why I’m not going to buy one of the professional sets. Anybody know some that are cheap? $200 max
I’m just starting out and i have 2 PAs( one for little gigs and one for big gigs) a laptop, turntables mixer and a cdj system. I play music from multiple sources in my show. Currently doing mostly free or discounted parties to get my name out there, but hoping to get more exposure by doing so. JUst worried if there is a charge i am over looking, like ASCAP or RIAA fees or something that i would need to pay that i am missing. It seems like getting paid the amount that event djs do for mostly owning the equipment and being able to tell what kind of music the audience is having fun with is nuts. i just think there would be more. if there’s not, i guess that’s good, but i wanted to have my basis covered. i would hate to be sued with no way to defend myself.
I have a trial of virtual dj… and I am really just wanting to get a feel for DJing using my computer, I’m not sure I want to spend 350 on the program. Any freeware programs out there that can be used?
I mean like virtual DJ but only — where i could loan an mp3 file and scratch it with the turntable..
I’m looking for bedding, bottles, toys, art work, sippy cups, wall decals etc. with turntables, boomboxes, headphones anything DJ related but for infant/toddlers. I’ve found some great onesies and few toys on eBay, just thought there might be a great website out there I’m obviously not aware of for unique, urban, trendy mom’s to check out. Any leads would be super helpful, thanks.
