i know most club dj’s are filtering this type of mixing to there setup and its getting big..the future of club music is pure video mixing seems like it..though im more into the old school..a practical 2 turntable vinyl and mixer setup and thats it but this whole new tech..djs are getting all crazy.. looks nice in the club all flashy .. but i rather keep it O.S.. but i wouild love to have some video mixes for my own use..anyone know of good sites where you could download or maybe purchase some…thanks

I have a record collection that I want to save on CD and want to aviod purchasing one of those expensive DJ models.
I also would like to see if there is an outfit that does this kind of work and I wouldn’t need the turntable.
My main problem is that I live in Spain.
I was a DJ back in the day of, “Two turntables and a microphone,” but I want to get back into the DJ business. I am have a laptop and a home computer and am interested in what type of DJ equipment to get if I want to DJ with my laptop and CDs instead of lugging around the “coffin” with my turntables. I am all for buying used equipment if it is reliable and while I want to go lean and inexpensive that doesn’t mean I want to go cheap and low quality. Any suggestions?
I need a sound effect for one of those scenes like at a dance or something and theres a DJ and the music stops playing, and the turntable does that scratchy noise? I really have no idea how to explain what I’m trying to say but it sounds like this:

I will be visiting Bahrain in a few days and I wanted to know anywhere I can look for DJ equipment (turntables and a mixer) there. Also, do you have any idea how much the turntable (Technics or Numark) would cost? And also a Pioneer DJM 600 mixer? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
